Granite is a natural stone with a unique and elegant appearance. Each slab of granite is distinct, featuring intricate patterns and colors formed by nature. However, it's still a good practice to use trivets or hot pads to preserve the countertop's finish.

Granite countertops are now very common in new home construction, but unfortunately most home builders are not aware (or don’t care) that some granite slabs can be very porous naturally and will need professional sealing to prevent massive staining from normal use!  We can professionally seal your new granite countertops to help prevent staining from normal everyday use!

Our Granite cleaning and polishing process begins by masking off all surrounding areas of your granite countertops or floors. We inspect your granite for chips, stains, and seam issues. We remove all surface contaminates by using a deep cleaning stone scrub and rinse the granite clean. If need be , we can refine the granite with diamond abrasives to smooth the stone and prepare for a polish. Our mechanical wet to dry polishing process brings out a very high gloss shine without the use of any wax or coatings! We can often achieve a higher than factory gloss finish. Your granite will remain beautiful for years to come!

While granite is highly durable and resistant to chipping, it's not entirely chip-proof. Extremely heavy or sharp objects, such as a cast-iron skillet dropped from a significant height, could potentially cause chipping or damage. However, for everyday use and normal kitchen activities, granite countertops are exceptionally durable and chip-resistant.

If a chip does occur, we can fill and blend the damaged area to restore the countertop's appearance. Regular maintenance and care will help ensure your granite countertops remain in excellent condition for many years.
